Excitement is building in West Bradenton as the highly anticipated SeaFlower development continues to transform the historic Lake Flores flower farm into a vibrant mixed-use community. While the overall project encompasses over 1,100 acres and will eventually include several thousand homes, apartments, and commercial spaces, a significant milestone has just been reached for the residential component: Wessel Construction has officially begun work on the community’s key amenity offerings.
Wessel Construction is currently making progress with sitework for the amenities and the installation of monument signs throughout the development. Soon, the structures that will form the centerpiece of the SeaFlower resident experience will begin to rise. These include the much-anticipated residence club, a spacious meeting hall, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a refreshing pool, and restrooms.

These amenities are central to the vision of SeaFlower, providing residents with a dedicated campus for leisure, fitness, and community gatherings. The amenity campus will be situated strategically within the initial phase of development, spanning 400 acres. This central location ensures easy access for all residents.

As a local community contractor serving the region since 1992, Wessel Construction is proud to partner with developments like SeaFlower, helping to build strong communities from the ground up.
