When D-Trans LLC, a leader in high-value logistics, decided to build their new corporate headquarters, they envisioned more than just a building. They wanted a space that reflected their commitment to excellence, security, and growth. Wessel Construction was proud to bring that vision to life, completing their new three-story headquarters in Venice, FL, in late 2024.
The new facility is a stunning example of form and function. The 7,500 square feet of office space is designed for collaboration and comfort, featuring executive suites, private offices, and cubicles, all starting with a welcoming reception area. Employees can enjoy a coffee bar, multiple conference rooms, a modern kitchen, a lounge, and a covered outdoor social area—all carefully crafted to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Attached to the office building is an expansive 20,000 square foot warehouse. This addition not only provides D-Trans with room to grow their team but also allows them to expand their services to offer storage solutions for their clients.
